Availability & Made-to-Order
- Once the current stock is sold, further orders will be accepted on a made-to-order basis.
- For made-to-order purchases, production will begin only after the order is confirmed.
- Made-to-order items generally require approximately 10–20 days for production and dispatch.
- If there is any unexpected delay beyond the estimated period, our team will contact you with an update.
Shipping & Dispatch
- For items currently in stock, we usually take 3–4 days to dispatch your order.
- For made-to-order items, please allow approximately 10–20 days for production and dispatch.
- Delivery/transit time after dispatch will depend on the shipping destination and courier service.
- If there is any further delay, we will contact you personally so that you can choose to continue with the order or request a refund, as applicable.
Cancellations
- Once production of a made-to-order item has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
